REMINDERS:
-ROSTERS must be e-mailed to me no later than Thursday. I have
added the DOB(birthdate) to the roster form, so please have your players DOB
available. If you know the address, please list, otherwise, just their
city is fine.
-DIVISIONS Selections made during registration are requests only.
1. For over 30 : A-D divisions are requests only, A-D divisions will be mixed for Saturday play, Sunday seeding and bracket placement will be based on Saturday play
2. For Over 40: A-B divisions are requests only, A-B divisions may be mixed on Saturday, Sunday seeding and bracket placement will be based on Saturday play
-CHECK IN is on Friday night from 4-8 pm at Mexico Lindo at 6690 Koll Center Pkwy, Pleasanton, Ca 94566.
-AGES For Over 30, men must be 30 & women 25 by 2019; for Over 40, men must be 40 and women 35 by 2019
-PLAYING IN 2 AGE GROUPS is OK, but playing for 2 teams in different levels (i.e Over 30A & over 30 BCD) is not allowed, see Rules.
-RULES please share the rules
with your teams/players, and highlight the co-ed specific rules that
govern our tournament. Please remember the manager is responsible for
their team understanding the rules, as well being in control of their
players. If you do not think you can control a player, do not bring
them to our tournament
-SATURDAY games
are point based, and then at the conclusion of play Saturday, everyone
will be seeded or placed into a bracket for Sunday as in previous years.
